We went to see Shailee today, and she is still doing good. They haven't changed any of her medications. She is up to 37 cc's of formula every 8 hours now, and they are still slowly weaning her off of the iv nutrition as well. Her belly is still healing well, and her heart rate and oxygen levels are staying pretty steady as well. We took her her very first Easter Bunny today as well. They moved her into a different room again, but she is just one room down from where she was. She had a pretty easy day today, she didn't have any lab work done, so she had a little break. There really aren't any other updates for today, but there are some new pics, and she is yawning in one (she just ate and was sleepy).

My name is Michelle, I read your story on the Yahoo Cri-du-Chat group page. My son, Jacob, is going to be a year old in two weeks. He spent 7 days in the NICU and then diagnosed with CDC. I remember the days in the NICU and I will be praying for you and your family. I don't know nearly as much as some of the other people on the sites whose children are much older, but if you ever need anyone to talk to, cry with or anything at all please don't hesistate to contact me. I know how hard it is to see your sweet little girl in the NICU and all you want is for her to be ok so she can come home with you. My number is 706-993-5474, please call me at any time for anything. I hope you had a happy easter. You are all in our prayers.
